OUR DIOCESE
As the Anglican Church in Qatar, The Church of the Epiphany is a member of the Diocese of Cyprus and the Gulf, which is part of the worldwide Anglican Communion, under the leadership of The Most Revd Michael Lewis, the Archbishop of the Episcopal Church in Jerusalem and the Middle East and the Bishop of The Diocese of Cyprus and the Gulf.
The Diocese of Cyprus and the Gulf is one of four dioceses in the Episcopal Church in Jerusalem and the Middle East, a province in the Anglican Communion. It covers Cyprus and the Arabian Peninsula, Iraq and Yemen. In every part of the diocese, except in Cyprus and Iraq, the congregations are largely internationals, with many Christians from South Asia, the Philippines, the West and the African continent. The diocese is divided into the Archdeaconry of Cyprus and the Archdeaconry of the Gulf.
